This report shows you all recordings available in each format.
Now you've entered and viewed data, record by record. What if you want to see an overview, such as a list of recordings by artist?
Your database may have reports that summarize and organize data. Typically, reports are designed for printing data, so they're a quick way to retrieve formatted data from your database and take it with you.
When you receive a database, you'll want to find out if it has existing reports, and determine whether those reports will meet your needs.
In the music database, the Recordings by Format report give us what we're looking for—a list that shows the recordings available in each format, such as CD or cassette.
