Queries V: Use And, Or, and In to set multiple conditions

Using multiple conditions in a single field

The previous page showed you how to set conditions for two separate fields. But what if you need to set multiple conditions for a single field? For example, how do you query for all the customers who live in France, Belgium, Germany, or Denmark?

Callout 1 Start by entering the first condition in the Criteria cell, and then enter the remaining conditions in the or cells directly beneath. For example, the query in the picture finds all customers in France, Belgium, Germany, or Denmark.
Callout 2 If you prefer, you can enter all the conditions in the Criteria cell and separate them with the Or operator. The picture shows you how, and either query produces the same results.
