A Data Definition Report can provide you with a printout of the table relationships and objects in your database.
If you want to print the table relationships of a database and the properties of its objects, you can use the Documenter command.
Properties affect how objects look and behave, such as whether or not a form is resizable or whether a check box is selected by default.
Although you could individually view the property sheet for each object, the Documenter gives the information to you in an extensive report that you can view and print for further review.
The report works a bit differently from other reports you might be familiar with. You can't save it, but you can export the report to another format, including Microsoft Excel and XML, by right-clicking the report and then clicking Export on the shortcut menu.
To use the Documenter, on the Tools menu, point to Analyze, and then click Documenter. On each tab, select what items to include in the report.
