A list box displays the choices of wrapping paper.
Suppose that a control enters a value for giftwrap color, and that the choices are red, green, blue, and gold.
If you put these values in a list box, people can just click the color they want instead of typing it.
If you want users to be able either to pick from a list or to type data themselves, you can use a combo box control. This lets you offer choices without limiting them.
You can insert these controls from the Toolbox. If Control Wizards are turned on, a wizard will step you through the process of entering data values for the lists.
Note Combo boxes are available only for forms.
