Mavenlink is a great tool for business. It makes it extremely easy to work as part of a team keeping everyone completely up to date with each project you have in progress. Whether your team are sat next to each other or at opposite corners of the world Mavenlink makes it easy to collaborate, chat, share documents and get work done.
We use Mavenlink to manage our projects and love the workflow, the user interface is clean and simple and there are multiple ways of working which suit all our users.
I would highly recommend this to any other business. Large or small.

I really love using the new Microsoft Office 2013 and it's apps. I especially enjoy using Mavenlink to manage all of my Marketing projects. I can easily create creative briefs, meeting agendas and scripts for clients inside of Microsoft Office 2013 and manage the project entirely through Mavenlink. 
I like the ability to send messages and files to my team members and outside vendors. We tried Mavenlink for Free for 30 days and got hooked. We're huge fans of Mavenlink. I'd recommend it so much that I'm thinking about using it for my home business too.

Excel + Word + Online Project Management + Everything Saved in the Cloud = Amazing!

The fact that I can work inside of both Excel or Word, and interact within Mavenlink all in the same screen is amazing. The steps it saves me and my team to add documents right within Excel (where we practically live!), along with having everything save online will increase efficiency immensely. I have seen an improvement already. It is a bit nerdy, but my entire team is excited. Glad Mavenlink and Microsoft took this huge step together.

Best way to Manage Time and Project Tasks inside Microsoft Office

After you install the Free Project Management App that is integrated into Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, you can track time, assign tasks, and Post messages into projects with team members. This is going to be an incredible time saver. There is no need to leave the Microsoft office application to do anything inside mavenlink, the Mavenlink app is built right into the Microsoft office software. FYI It is a bit difficult to find inside office, go to the INSERT tab then Apps for Office.
