Outlook Address Book We should point out that this is a container within a container. That is, you can keep contact lists together in the Outlook Address Book, which you get to from inside the Address Book.
For many people, having one Contacts folder is just perfect. But if you're the type who likes to group and organize, and if you've done so with your contacts, you'll want to know how to display more than one Contacts folder as a contacts list in the Address Book. We'll talk about how to do that later in this course.
Personal Address Book This option is included in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 mostly for compatibility with previous versions of Outlook. Because you can do so much more with Contacts, we recommend that if you haven't done so already, now is the time to convert your existing Personal Address Book entries to Contacts. We'll talk about that next.
