Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Plan deliverable identifies how "quality" is going to be incorporated into the end product and the processes used to create the end product. The Project Quality Assurance Plan ensures specific "quality assurance" activities (reviews, product and process audits) are being performed throughout the life of the project.
