Under normal conditions, Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 automatically synchronizes shared notebooks at regular intervals. You can choose to manually synchronize a shared notebook when necessary (for example, after making a large amount of changes to the shared notebook and then getting ready to shut down your computer).
On the File menu, point to Sync, and then do one of the following:
- Click Sync this Notebook now to synchronize only the shared notebook that you are currently editing.
- Click Sync All Notebooks Now to synchronize all shared notebooks listed on your Navigation Bar.
