Create a macro to automatically display ASK fields
 
  1. On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and click Record New Macro.
  2. In the Macro name box, type a name for the macro.
  3. Under Store macro in, click the name of the template (template: A file or files that contain the structure and tools for shaping such elements as the style and page layout of finished files. For example, Word templates can shape a single document, and FrontPage templates can shape an entire Web site.) or document.
  4. In the Description box, type any details about the macro (macro: An action or a set of actions that you can use to automate tasks. Macros are recorded in the Visual Basic for Applications programming language.) that you want to save.
  5. Click OK.
  6. On the Edit menu, click Select All.
  7. Press F9.
  8. Press CTRL+HOME so that text is no longer selected.
  9. Click Stop Recording Button image.
