Sign in to Outlook Web App

You can use Outlook Web App to access your Office 365 or other Microsoft Exchange-based email account via a web browser. The URL (web address) you’ll use to sign in to Outlook Web App depends on the type of account you have. Outlook Web App can be used to access any email account that's hosted on a server that's running Microsoft Exchange Server 2013.

What URL do I use to sign in to Outlook Web App?

  1. Open your web browser or, if it's already open, open a new window.
  2. Go to the URL that matches the type of account you have.

Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard Suite (BPOS) Cloud-based Go to Outlook Web App URL for Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services.
Corporate email account On-premises (Microsoft Exchange Server) Go to the URL provided by the person who manages your email account. For example, a company named Contoso might use a URL such as https://mail.contoso.com.

 Note    If you have a Live@edu account, you may also be able to access your email through a customized URL created by the person who manages your email account.

  1. Enter the full email address for your account.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Select Outlook at the top of the page.
