For easy copying, distribution, and review, you can print any diagram to a single, standard letter-size page, regardless of how large the drawing page may be in your file or how many pages it would tile across if you printed it at full size.

This Web site map is on a 75 x 48 centimeter (30 x 19 inch) drawing page. Using Fit To, you can print the map on a letter-size page.

To print a large diagram to a letter-size page

1. On the File menu, click Page Setup. On the Print Setup tab, a preview shows the current orientation and size of the printer paper and the drawing page.
2. If the orientations differ, change the Paper Orientation to match the drawing page.
3. If the sizes differ, under Print Zoom (All Pages), click Fit To and type 1 in the Sheet(s) Across and Sheet(s) Down text boxes.
4. Click OK.
5. On the File menu, click Print, and then click OK.
