Click the shape, and the Shape Data window will show you all the imported data that’s linked to the shape.
The second thing that happens, which is more subtle: Data from the entire row is imported into the shape. To see all of the data for the shape, select the shape and look at the Shape Data window. (If that window is not visible, you can turn it on by using the View menu.)
