Organize meetings with Outlook

Meeting request to attendee with Propose New Time button selected; meeting request back to meeting organizer showing  that attendee has proposed a new time

Callout 1 Click Propose New Time to suggest a new meeting time.
Callout 2 The meeting organizer can choose whether to accept the proposal. The organizer can also view all proposals at once.

You can propose a different time for the meeting by using the Propose New Time button Button image. When you do this, the meeting organizer receives your request... but as with all things about the meeting, the organizer gets to make the final decision about the new meeting time.

Note    As mentioned earlier in this course, the organizer has the ability to turn this feature off.
