So that's how! Great Outlook Calendar features to make time work for you

Two views of Outlook calendar one with Date Navigator in Navigation Pane, a second with Date Navigator above TaskPad

Callout 1 The Date Navigator is displayed to the left of the calendar in the Navigation Pane.
Callout 2 The Date Navigator is displayed to the right of the calendar as part of the TaskPad.

You can make the Date Navigator show up to the right of the calendar by clicking the TaskPad command on the View menu. When you show the Date Navigator as part of the TaskPad, it appears above a simplified version of your task list. Because tasks can be sorted by due date, you may find it helpful to see them alongside your calendar. Be aware, though, that viewing the Date Navigator as part of the TaskPad doesn't gain you any more space on the screen.

Tip    If you do want more space on the screen, you can hide the Navigation Pane. We'll show you how in the practice session at the end of this lesson.
