Janet Leverling has shared her Contacts folder with Steven Buchanan. He sees it under Other Contacts. Because Janet keeps her personal contacts in a separate folder, Steven does not see those.
If you use Microsoft Exchange Server, you could share your Contacts folder with your coworkers. To keep some contacts private, you could keep those contacts in a folder other than your main Contacts folder, so that they won't be shared.
