So you've addressed the envelope and you now need to add a return address. As with the delivery address, you can type the return address directly in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box.
Tip If you produce a lot of envelopes in Word and use the same return address, it will save you a lot of time if you set up a default return address, which will automatically appear in the Return address box. See the Quick Reference Card for details on how to set up a default return address.
If you don't want the default return address on the envelope, select the Omit checkbox.
Note You can also use e-postage with Word. In order to add electronic postage, you must first install an electronic postage program, such as one you purchase from a service on the World Wide Web. See Word Help for more details. Also, you may notice features in Word for adding postal bar codes. These features are for bulk mailing (200+ letters).
