Before taking this course, you should be familiar with how to link data to a diagram. Or, you should take the course: Link data to diagrams I: Getting started.

After you've linked data to a diagram in Visio Professional 2007, you need to make sure that the data is displayed so that it makes sense and can help you and others make business decisions. Understanding data graphics is the key. In this course we'll dig into more specifics on data graphics: how to work with their components and how to show your information effectively.
