Join Live Meeting from the Outlook invitation.
When the invitation to a Live Meeting arrives in your inbox, all you have to do is click Join the meeting, right in the message. If you've never used Live Meeting 2007, you can install it, right from the message. Look for the First-Time Users section.
The invitation message may contain meeting access codes, audio links, or a note from the meeting organizer. The message also contains troubleshooting information and alternate instructions.
