Now it's Monday morning and time to hand off the PivotTable report to your manager. But wait a minute, there's a last minute change in the source data (Peacock made yet another sale), and now the report is incorrect!
Not to worry, it just takes a second to get the changes into the report. You would click the Refresh Data button 
on the PivotTable toolbar to update the report with the changes.
