RSS (also known as "Really Simple Syndication") is a great way to have news and information delivered right to Outlook. Messages that come to you via RSS are typically delivered to the RSS Feeds folder in your mailbox. If you're a regular subscriber to Feeds that receive a lot of traffic, you may notice that the Feeds can quickly cause mailbox bulk.
You can use the AutoArchive feature in Outlook to automatically delete old Feed items when they reach a certain age. We've included a link to steps to do this in the Quick Reference Card at the end of the course.
