You don't always want your pie chart count to start at the top of the chart.
Normally pie charts start counting at 12 o'clock (see picture), but there are occasions when that might not be what you want — for example, in trigonometry, when you might want to see angles from the x axis.
In these cases you can rotate the start point of the count. You'll do this in the practice session.
