By default, regardless of the printers for which you have drivers installed, Visio offers you a variety of printed page sizes to choose from. This gives you the freedom to set up a drawing that may be printed elsewhere.
If you intend to print the drawing yourself, however, there isn't much point in choosing a printed page size that none of your available printers can handle.
During the practice session, you'll learn how to open the Print Setup dialog box to quickly determine what paper sizes your printer supports.
Note To use a printer, you must have that printer's driver installed. See "Know your printer" in this course for information about how to install a printer driver.
