Products that cost between $25 and $40, including those that cost exactly $25 or $40, are retrieved.
What if you want to find a value that falls between two values? For example, you might want to find all homes in a homes database that cost between $150,000 and $250,000, or all products that cost between $25 and $40.
You can use the operator called Between, such as "Between a lower value And higher value." You simply type it almost like you'd say it, such as:
Between 25 and 40
In addition to finding values between these two numbers, the expression also finds values that match the bottom number and top number. For example, the previous expression would also retrieve products costing $25 and $40, if the database contained any.
Note The Between operator is often used in parameter queries, a type of select query in which the user is prompted to enter criteria, but can also be used in other select queries.
