As a delegate, you'll accept meetings on behalf of your boss via e-mail. How you do this depends on what permissions your boss has granted you. There are two ways that you can handle your boss's meeting-related e-mail messages:
- By reading them in your own Inbox.
- By opening the boss's Inbox.
We've provided instructions for opening the boss's Inbox, if you have permission, in the Quick Reference Card at the end of this course. Or if the boss prefers, you can see meeting-related e-mail messages both ways, and you can simply choose which method you liked best.
