Approve or reject an item
 

Note  To complete the steps listed below, you must be a site administrator or a member of a site group with the Manage Lists right.

  1. On the page displaying the list or library for which you want to approve or reject items, click Approve/reject Items.
  2. Point to the item you want to approve or reject, click the down arrow on the menu that appears, and then click Approve/reject.
  3. Click on either Approve, Reject, or Pending.
  4. Type a comment (optional) explaining why you approved, rejected, or left the item pending.
  5. Click OK.
