Duplicate animations with the animation painter

In Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, you can quickly and easily copy animations from one object to another using the Animation Painter.

To copy an animation, do the following:

  1. Select the object with the animations that you want to copy.
  2. On the Animations tab, in the Advanced Animation group, click Animation Painter.
    The Animations tab in the PowerPoint 2010 ribbon.
    Your cursor will change to appear like this:

  3. On the slide, click the object to which you want to copy the animations.
