Import a Schedule+ file

  1. If you keep your Microsoft Schedule+ data only on a server, and do not keep a copy on your hard disk, create a copy of the Schedule+ file on your hard disk.

    ShowHow?

    1. Start Schedule+ 7.x.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Synchronize tab.
    3. Click Work primarily from local file, and then click OK.
    4. Type a name for the Schedule+ file in the File name box.
  2. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
  3. In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
  4. In the Select file type to import from box, select the appropriate version of Schedule+, and then click Next.
  5. Follow the instructions on your screen.
Notes
  • Microsoft Outlook also supports importing Schedule+ information in a Schedule+ Interchange (.sc2) format.
  • Tasks with a priority level that are imported into Outlook from Schedule+ are mapped as follows: 1 = high; 5 = low; everything else = normal. So if you have a task with a priority level of 9 in Schedule+, the priority level in Outlook will be normal, not low.
