Mark project tasks, appointments, phone logs, and tasks as billable in Business Contact Manager

Integrating your accounting system (accounting system: The accounting program.) with Business Contact Manager for Outlook means you can access and view financial data in the accounting system. You can also specify (mark) which project tasks, appointments, phone logs (phone log: The details of a phone call which may be linked with the communication history of an Account, Business Contact, Opportunity, or a Business Project.), and tasks (task: A personal or work-related project, assignment, or errand to track through completion.) are billable in Business Contact Manager for Outlook, and then add these items to the accounting system.

You can simultaneously submit several billable items to your accounting system. For more information about submitting billable items to your accounting system, see Submit multiple billable items from Business Contact Manager to your accounting system.
