Review messages flagged for follow-up

Applies to: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Messages that you have flagged appear automatically in the For Follow Up Search Folder.

To view messages that you have flagged, in Mail, in the Navigation Pane (Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes panes such as Shortcuts or Mail and the shortcuts or folders within each pane. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.), under Favorite Folders, double-click the For Follow Up Search Folder.

Note The For Follow Up Search Folder displays the total message count, not the number of unread messages. Only messages flagged by you appear in this Search Folder.
