Assign a Quick Click flag - watch and learn

You can assign a default flag, with your choice of follow-up date, by selecting a Quick Click flag. The default setting for the Quick Click Flag is for Today. Then with just a single click in your Inbox or other table (table: A view type that displays a list of items (rows) and their attributes (columns). Use this view to display details about items. Table is the default view type for Inbox and Tasks.), you can assign the default flag to e-mail messages or contacts.

First, select the default flag date (or use the default Today). Then you can quickly assign that flag to messages and contacts. You can also assign the Quick Click flag to multiple items at the same time. The flag appears in the Flag Status column and also in the item itself.
