About paste options

When you copy and paste content from other documents and files into Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, a Paste Options button Button image appears near the bottom of the pasted content. This button lets you specify how pasted content should be formatted in OneNote.

For example, you can choose to preserve the formatting in the source document, regardless of the formatting used on the current page in your notes. Or you can choose to ignore the formatting in the source document and apply the formatting used on the current page in your notes to the content you are importing. You can also choose to remove all formatting from the imported content and insert it as plain text.
