Sync with Office Outlook 2007
Even if you're not online, you can work with your Microsoft Office Live Small Business documents, schedules, and business contacts by syncing them ahead of time with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
Using the Connect to Outlook feature, you can synchronize data stored in Contact Manager and Document Manager.
To use Connect to Outlook, you must have Office Outlook 2007 installed on your computer.
Note Changes made to information in Office Outlook 2007 are automatically updated in Office Live Small Business, and vice versa. However, if the document, library, or calendar page is open in both places when you make changes to the information in one, you must refresh the view in the other to see the changes.

Connecting Business Applications to Outlook 2007
- On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click More, and then click Business Applications or Contact Manager. On the left navigation bar, navigate to the document, library, or calendar that you want to connect to Office Outlook 2007.
- On the actions bar, click Actions, and then click Connect to Outlook.

Note Some Office Live Small Business information cannot connect to Office Outlook 2007. If the Connect to Outlook option does not appear under Actions —or for that matter, if you don't see an Actions menu at all —that part of Office Live Small Business does not support connecting to Office Outlook 2007.
- When you click Connect to Outlook, an Office Outlook dialog box appears asking if you want to open that element in Outlook. Click Yes.
- If prompted, enter the e-mail address and password you use to sign in to Office Live. Office Outlook 2007 opens to the place it has set up to store your connected information.
- Items connected to Office Outlook 2007 appear in the left navigation bar, as described in Where to find your business information in Outlook 2007, later in this article.

Where to find your business information in Outlook 2007
You can connect the Office Live Small Business features shown in the following table to Office Outlook 2007. In Outlook, you can navigate to these features on the left navigation bar, as described in the table.
