Video: Work together on a notebook in OneNote Web App

When you share a OneNote notebook in a folder on OneDrive or in a library on your SharePoint site, you can work with others in the notebook at the same time. If you have Microsoft OneNote 2010, you can open the notebook there. If you’re using a computer that doesn’t have OneNote 2010, you can use Microsoft. OneNote Online to edit the notebook in your web browser.

 Note    If you have a Windows Phone 7 or an iPhone with Microsoft OneNote Mobile, you can update the notebook on your phone.

OneNote keeps track of who makes which changes, and if you need to, you can revert back to an earlier version of a page.

To see who did what, on the View tab click Show Authors (or, in Reading view, click Show Authors on the ribbon.

To see the changes from one version of a page to another, on the View tab click Page Versions (or, in Reading view, go to the navigation pane, right-click the page name, and then click Show Authors. Click the yellow bar at the top of the page to restore a previous version.
