A workgroup diary based upon an Access database

The Rainbow Diary is a Microsoft Access database. It is suitable for individuals or workgroups of varying size. It works over a local area network and allows everyone to see and update a diary from their PC. Appointments or diary members can be colour coded - hence the name. The system can be used for staff, absences, rooms, vehicles, shift rosters or any other object that has to be logged or booked against a time and specific date. Appointments can be annotated, referenced or priced.
