Check the progress of your print job

Applies to: Microsoft Office Access 2003, Excel 2003, FrontPage 2003, OneNote 2003, Outlook 2003, PowerPoint 2003, Publisher 2003, Word 2003

Double-click the Printer icon in the status area of the taskbar.
When a file is printed, the icon disappears.

Note If you're printing a short document the printer icon may not appear on the status bar long enough for you to click it to check printing progress.
