Show or hide actual fonts in the font list

Microsoft Office programs can display the font list names in the actual font— for example, the Arial font would be displayed in Arial.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Customize.
  2. Click the Options tab.
  3. Select or clear the List font names in their font check box.

Note  Changing this setting affects all of your Microsoft Office and Office family programs.
