By default, a chart reflects only values in cells that are visible on the worksheet (worksheet: The primary document that you use in Excel to store and work with data. Also called a spreadsheet. A worksheet consists of cells that are organized into columns and rows; a worksheet is always stored in a workbook.). You can quickly include hidden worksheet data in a chart by changing the following option.
- Select the chart in which you want to plot hidden worksheet data.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Chart tab, under Active chart, clear the Plot visible cells only check box.
