Office Online provides a downloadable Excel workbook that includes several examples of forms, including forms designed for printing, online use, and inclusion on Web pages. For each form, detailed instructions explain how to set up the Excel features that were used to create it.

You can download Excel 2002 Sample: On-screen, Printed, and Web Forms from Downloads on Microsoft Office Online. Follow the instructions on the Downloads page to install this sample file.

Get more forms and templates

Several Spreadsheet Solutions templates are available when you install Excel. Click New on the File menu. In the New Workbook task pane, under New from template, click General Templates, and then click the Spreadsheet Solutions tab to see what templates are installed.
