Communicator Mobile searches for names in your organization's address book. You can search for a contact by using the following criteria:
- First name
- Last name
- E-mail address
- Display name
To search for a contact
- Tap Menu > Find/Add Someone.
- Tap Find by display name, and then tap one of the listed search options.
- Tap the box. Type the first name, last name, e-mail address, or display name of the person for whom you are searching, and then tap Find.
- Under Search Results, tap the name of the person whose contact information you want to view.
Contact information for each user can include presence status, Microsoft Exchange Server calendar information if it is available, organizational information, and available modes of communication. The amount of information that you can view for a contact depends on the access level that you have to that particular user’s presence information.
