Downloading clip art from the Clip Art and Media site on Office Online is quick and easy. Follow these steps, and you'll be a downloading pro in no time.
Step 1: Search for the clip art you want to use
What clip art would you like to download? Say you're working on a presentation and need images of money. In the search box, type money and click Search.
Step 2: Select the clip art you want to download
Select the clips you want by clicking the check
box under each image. Each time you select a clip, it's placed in the Selection Basket on the left. The Selection Basket shows how many clips you've selected and the total download size. You can also click Review basket to review the images you've chosen.

If you happen to like all of the clip art displayed on a page, click Select page to select all of those clips at once.

Remember, you can also clear check boxes to remove those images you don't want to download from your Selection Basket.
Step 3: Download your clip art
- When you're ready to download, click the Download items link in your Selection Basket. This will take you to the Download page.
- On the Download page, you can see the details of your selection basket as well as the quantity and size of what you're downloading. You can also review your basket one more time, if you like.
- The Download page also tells you that your clip art will be imported into Clip Organizer version 2002 or newer, and your clips will be stored in My Pictures in the Microsoft Clip Organizer folder.
- Click Download Now.

Step 4: Use your clip art right away
To use your clips, click Open. Your selected clip art will instantly be downloaded to Microsoft Clip Organizer, which will open automatically.
