Print Preview cuts off information when no printer is installed

Applies to
Microsoft Office Access 2003
Microsoft Access 2002

When you use Print Preview to view reports and other database objects, the display can appear distorted if no printer is installed. Print Preview may cut off some information at the top and sides of the document.

You can resolve this by installing a printer and then using Print Preview to review your document. For more information on installing a printer, see Microsoft Windows® Help.
