A detailed look at the printout type in Word called Notes next to slides, in which slides and speaker notes are laid out in a table (without printing borders, for layout only).
Slide numbers print next to the slides.
You can decrease column width to bring slide numbers closer to slides.
You can decrease row height to bring slides closer and fit more on the page.
You can decrease page margins to make the print area use more of the page.
By printing in Word, you can:
- Print multiple slides (as opposed to just one slide) per page with their speaker notes next to or below the slides.
- Include more or fewer than three slides per page with lines for audience notes next to or below them.
- Include slide numbers on the page, next to each slide, rather than on the slide image itself.
- Adjust space around slides and notes.
- Add text between slides.
Once in Word, the presentation is a normal Word document with slide pictures, and you can add as much text as you want.
