You can also show or hide specific items in your worksheet: from charts and tables to PivotTable reports.
In Excel, you use Excel Services Options to select worksheet items you want people to see. Any items you don't select will be hidden.

In Excel, the cursor clicks the Microsoft Office Button , points to Publish, clicks Excel Services, and then clicks Excel Services Options.
On the Show tab, the cursor clicks the arrow next to Entire Workbook, clicks Items in the Workbook, clicks the check boxes next to the items people should see in Excel Services, and clicks OK.
The document library URL is still in the File name box because the last time the file was saved, it was to the same document library. The cursor clicks Save and then a file name is entered, Team Meeting Analysis. The cursor clicks Save again.
The workbook opens on the SharePoint site with the first selected item displayed. The cursor clicks the View box at the top of the window to see another item.
