Before you add a Visio drawing to another file, it's a good idea to make sure that the drawing content and appearance are as good as you can make them. There are also some changes you can make in the drawing that will improve its legibility when you add it to another file.
In this practice session, you'll open, edit, and then save a Visio flowchart that you'll use in the practice sessions for subsequent lessons. You'll check spelling, change the drawing's color scheme, and increase font size to make sure that the text can be read on a slide or in a document or publication.
About the practice session

Note You need to have Visio 2003 installed on your computer.
