A table with several paragraphs of text placed in the same table cell.
When determining the layout you need, consider that you can have multiple paragraphs in one table cell or even place text along with a table or graphic in a single cell of the host table. However, keep the table structure in mind as an organizing tool, so that you place content in a way that will be easiest to format, align, and edit.
In the example on the left, several paragraphs of text were placed in the same table cell. However, heading paragraphs are placed in their own cells in order to let the table structure do the work of laying out the page and automatically aligning text.
