Before you begin

You should have a comprehensive understanding of macros, digital certificates, and trusted publishers, or have taken these courses:

You will need administrator rights to your computer to be able to install the SelfCert.exe file. If you're not sure whether you have administrator rights to your computer, talk to the person who is in charge of the computers in your office.

The processes in this course apply to Microsoft Office Access 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, and Microsoft Office Word 2007.
