So that's how! Great Outlook features to organize your contacts

Distribution List and Select Members dialog boxes

Callout 1 The Distribution List dialog box allows you to select members for the list.
Callout 2 The Select Members dialog box allows you to add an entire folder of contacts at once.

Each of the previous lessons describes how to send a single e-mail to a group of contacts by using the Actions menu. Another method for sending e-mail messages to a group of people at once is by using a distribution list. When you create distribution lists, you use the Address Book. Because contacts stored in folders show up in your Address Book, folders can make distribution lists a breeze. If you often send e-mail to a specific group of contacts, a distribution list could save you time, every time you do that.

Need to edit those contacts? Simply re-create the list after you finish editing the folder data. All your changes enter the list data at once.
