You can use one of the newsletter templates available from the Office Online Web site.
One of the easiest ways to get started is to use a newsletter template from the Templates site on Microsoft Office Online. Not only are there a variety of newsletter templates to choose from, you'll also find a number of articles to help you customize those templates. Using a template is great if you want to go with a ready-made solution, but you can also start a newsletter from scratch.
