As a delegate, you'll accept meetings on behalf of your boss via e-mail. How you'd do this depends on what permissions your boss granted you. There are two ways that you could handle your boss's meeting-related e-mail messages:
- By reading them in your own Inbox.
- By opening the boss's Inbox.
We've provided instructions for opening the boss's Inbox, if you have permission, in the Quick Reference Card at the end of this course.
Or if the boss preferred, you could see meeting-related e-mail messages both ways, and you could simply choose which method you liked best.
