A file attachment is sent to Cassie.
When the workflow starts, it will send e-mail messages to Amy, Brian, and Cassie. Amy and Brian's messages will contain a link to the file in the document library. But Cassie's e-mail message will contain an attachment of the file that needs to be reviewed.
